About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the connection between great people and great job opportunities. You’ll meet with local businesses to learn about their staffing needs, then work with your team to find and place qualified workers. If you’re outgoing, goal-driven, and ready to build relationships, this role is a great way to start your career in sales and recruiting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build relationships with businesses in your area

  • Visit job sites and meet with clients face-to-face

  • Understand hiring needs and offer staffing solutions

  • Work closely with your recruiting team to fill open positions

  • Stay organized and track your progress using company tools

Go From Entry-Level to Leader in No Time

Account Executive - Entry-Level

  • Uncapped monthly commission (resets each calendar year)
  • Walk-On Bonuses:
    • Tiered payouts up to $100 per account (retroactive at 51+)
    • Lifetime Walk-On Bonuses up to $50 per account—never reset
  • Car allowance: $9,100/year
  • Requirements: Client walk-on form, safety message, PPE/swag handouts, onboarding support

Account Executive I (6 Months)

$500 bonus for completing OSHA 10 (after hours)

Account Executive II (1 Year)

  • Must complete OSHA 10
  • 10% commission tier permanently removed
  • Up to $2,500 base salary increase based on prior 12 months of revenue

Senior Account Executive (2+ Years)

  • Performance-based promotion
  • 15% commission tier permanently removed
  • Up to $2,500 salary increase
  • Additional PTO + 1 vacation day per year of service

Leadership Track (Year 3+)

  • Continued raises & PTO
  • Promotion path: BDM → District Manager → Regional Manager → Director of Sales
  • Extra 20% salary boost if 100% of goal is met at promotion
